Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, mental health, and behavioral health care. We treat a number of mental health and behavior disorders and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
Our focus is to help individuals energize, become functional, and aware of their strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Our program serves those who are experiencing difficulties functioning in their home and/or community due to mental health or substance use issues, or both. The goal of the program is to help our clients restore the skills and abilities essentials for them to reach an optimal level of independence. The program provides each client with the tools necessary to successfully integrate themselves in their community, obtain and maintain employment, and build healthy relationships.
Behavior analysis therapy ( aba therapy) for children with autism focuses on the principles that explain how learning takes place. Positive reinforcement is one such principle. When a behavior is followed by some sort of reward, the behavior is more likely to be repeated. Through decades of research, the field of behavior analysis has developed many techniques for increasing useful behaviors and reducing those that may cause harm or interfere with learning.
